Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPPA) (Exit Site)

Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) (Exit Site)
The VICP is a no-fault alternative to the traditional tort system for resolving vaccine injury claims. The VICP covers all vaccines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for routine administration to children.

Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) (Exit Site)
VAERS collects and analyzes information from reports of adverse events following immunization. The AAP and VAERS reminds healthcare professionals to report adverse events following any vaccination…even if your not sure a vaccine was the cause! You can report online through a secure VAERS Web site; send a completed form by fax to 877/721-0366; or mail a completed VAERS form to VAERS, P.O. Box 1100, Rockville, MD, 20849-1100.
